Business Intelligence Analyst – Zeeland, MI / Remote 
DISHER is currently seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to work remotely or in one of our offices in Zeeland, MI or Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will work with clients to design and develop business intelligence solutions including data acquisition, data analysis, data warehousing, and other relevant functions.

What you will get to do:

  • Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs
  • Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
  • Review and validate customer data as it is collected
  • Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse
  • Implement new data analysis methodologies
  • Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
  • Monitor analytics and metrics results

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Intelligence or related field required
  • 3+ years' experience in a business intelligence role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving
  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., Stata, SPSS)
  • Coding skills in languages such as SQL, Python and/or R
  • Coding skills in M and/or DAX
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Strong technical writing / presentation / verbal communication skills
  • Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
  • Must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States of America for any employer without restrictions or expirations
